Fixed scope, no moving numbers
Your concrete foundations bid is itemized: scope, materials, and labor, line by line, with a schedule attached. If we open a wall and find something the bid could not, we stop, show you the issue, and price the fix in a written change order. Nothing changes your cost without your signature, so the final invoice matches what you agreed to.
Site visit and written bid
Free
We walk the job and put a real, itemized number on it at no charge.
Smaller projects
$15,000 to $75,000
Additions, garages, and larger remodels, priced by scope.
New builds and major work
Priced by scope
Every figure itemized in a written, signed bid before we start.
These are sample ranges to help you plan, not a quote. Owner tip: replace them with your real prices before launch. Your exact price is always confirmed before any work starts.
How our bids work
Every bid lists scope, materials, and labor line by line, with a start and finish date. The number you sign is the number you pay, unless you approve a written change order.

Answers before you ask
How much will my project cost?
It depends on size, site conditions, and finishes, so we do not quote over the phone. After a free site visit you get a written, itemized bid that lists scope, materials, and labor. The number you see is the number you sign.
Do you charge for an estimate?
No. The site visit and the written bid are both free. Call (509) 555-0122 to set one up.
How long will the work take?
Your bid comes with a schedule: a start date, the major milestones, and a finish date. Smaller projects often run a few weeks once permits clear; new builds take months, and we tell you how many up front.
Who handles permits and inspections?
We do. Ridgeline Construction pulls the permits, schedules the inspections, and meets the inspector on site. You will not chase paperwork.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. WA Contractor #RIDGEC-902QP. We are bonded and insured, and we can show you the certificates before you sign anything.
What happens if you find a problem mid-build?
We stop, show you the issue, and price the fix in a written change order. No work happens on it until you approve, so your cost never changes without your signature.
Can you build from my architect's plans?
Yes. We bid construction work from your plans as drawn. If you do not have plans yet, we can point you to designers we have built with before.
“They gave us a real schedule and hit it. The site was clean every night, and the final price matched the written bid.”
