From site visit to final walkthrough

    Within a few days you get an itemized bid: scope, materials, labor, and a schedule with a start date.

    Permits and prep

    We pull the permits, order materials, and lock in the crew schedule so day one starts on time.

    The build

    Our crew is on site, your project lead sends a weekly update, and the site gets cleaned up at the end of every day.

    Final walkthrough

    We walk the finished work with you, close out the punch list, and hand over warranties and permit sign-offs.

How much will my project cost?

It depends on size, site conditions, and finishes, so we do not quote over the phone. After a free site visit you get a written, itemized bid that lists scope, materials, and labor. The number you see is the number you sign.

Do you charge for an estimate?

How long will the work take?

Your bid comes with a schedule: a start date, the major milestones, and a finish date. Smaller projects often run a few weeks once permits clear; new builds take months, and we tell you how many up front.

Who handles permits and inspections?

We do. Ridgeline Construction pulls the permits, schedules the inspections, and meets the inspector on site. You will not chase paperwork.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. WA Contractor #RIDGEC-902QP. We are bonded and insured, and we can show you the certificates before you sign anything.

What happens if you find a problem mid-build?

We stop, show you the issue, and price the fix in a written change order. No work happens on it until you approve, so your cost never changes without your signature.

Can you build from my architect's plans?

Yes. We bid construction work from your plans as drawn. If you do not have plans yet, we can point you to designers we have built with before.
